1. Information we may collect

When you contact us via email, we receive the information you choose to share (name, email address, message content). This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Order information is collected at checkout and used to fulfill and confirm your purchase.

2. Payment and checkout

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a secure and certified third-party payment provider. LOTHARA does not receive, store, or process your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

When you complete a purchase, Stripe may collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment information in accordance with their own policies.

After a successful payment, we use Resend to send your order confirmation. Resend receives the customer name and email address, order reference, products, amounts paid and shipping address for this transactional message.

3. Analytics and cookies

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic: page views, referring sites, country, device type and page loading speed. It is a privacy-first tool — it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your browser and cannot follow you across other websites. No individual visitor is identified or profiled.

With your consent, the LOTHARA tool measures page views, sources and purchases confirmed by Stripe using a random reference. Preferences expire after six months and visits after 30 minutes of inactivity. Data is kept by Netlify for 90 days; this tool stores no name, email or IP address. Withdraw consent through Analytics preferences.

We use no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

Initial Accept and Refuse choices are also counted separately, without any visit reference, page or customer data, to calculate refusals among expressed choices. Preference changes within six months are not counted again. People who do not answer are not included.

4. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond promptly and transparently.
