4. Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. LOTHARA does not store your payment information. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

5. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that use of this product is permitted in your country or region before purchasing. LOTHARA does not guarantee legal availability in all jurisdictions.

Use this product responsibly. Do not combine with alcohol, sedatives, or medication affecting the nervous system. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified health professional before use.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under European consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, write to contact@lothararituals.com within that period, using the email address you used at checkout.

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct return postage costs. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery charges, using the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Your statutory rights also apply if the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described. In those cases, contact us.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes the protection you are granted as a consumer by the mandatory law of your country of residence.

8. Limitation of liability
