Order processing
Orders are processed after successful payment via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation from Stripe at the email address provided during checkout.
Due to the limited nature of our harvest (≤ 2 kg per month), orders are fulfilled on a first-come basis. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you directly.
Shipping regions and timing
We currently ship from Europe. Shipping times and available regions may vary during our launch period. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the shipping method selected.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@lothararituals.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work to find a resolution promptly.
Returns and refunds
As a botanical product shipped in sealed packaging, returns are generally not accepted for hygiene reasons once the package has been opened.
If your order arrives sealed but incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us before returning any item. We will assess each case individually and aim to find a fair resolution.
