Shipping & Returns

Order processing

Orders are processed after successful payment via Stripe. You will receive a payment receipt at the email address provided during checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our studio.

Due to the limited nature of our harvest (a few kilos per month), orders are fulfilled on a first-come basis. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you directly.

Shipping costs

25 g and 50 g: complimentary shipping to France and Europe.

5 g and 10 g: €5.90 to metropolitan France and €13.90 to Europe outside France.

All formats: €29.99 to destinations outside Europe. Choose your destination on the product page to see the full amount before opening Stripe.

Delivery times

Every order is prepared and shipped from France.

France: 5 to 7 business days.

Europe: 7 to 14 business days.

Rest of the world (the Americas, Asia, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East): 10 to 20 business days.

International parcels may be held by customs, which can extend these times. Tracking is provided where the shipping method allows.

Countries we cannot ship to

Nymphaea caerulea is legal in most countries, but restricted in a few. We do not ship to:

• Russia
• Poland
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Louisiana (United States)

Regulations change and vary by use and jurisdiction. Before ordering, please make sure Nymphaea caerulea may be imported into your country. Import duties, taxes or customs decisions at destination are the responsibility of the customer. Orders placed to a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@lothararituals.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and work to find a resolution promptly.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Write to contact@lothararituals.com within that period. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, at your own postage cost. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. We refund the amount paid, including standard delivery charges, using the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory rights remain in place.
